Celebrate Life (Districts: March 20-Van leaves at 7am – Returns 6:30pm) District Celebrate Life is a full day of talent competition at Crestview Middle School in Huntingtn, amongst our district youth on March 20th. Students who qualify will be able to go to Regional Celebrate Life at Olivet Nazarene University, May 13-15 (cost $90), to compete with Nazarene Youth from Illinois, Michigan, Iowa, and Indiana. Students may choose to compete in a wide variety of sports, music, trivia, communication and art. We are having volleyball practice each Sunday at 3:00 until March 14th.
Winter Jam – March 11
Please give Pastor Martin $10 in an envelope by March 10 to reserve your spot for Winter Jam. The church van will leave the church parking lot at 3:00pm. We will not wait for anyone. You may need to make arrangements to come straight from school. Bring money to eat out after the event. We are packing a cooler of sandwiches, snacks and drinks to eat while in line (no extra charge). We will return to the church Thursday night at 11:30 - midnight! March Madness
It’s a Bible Study, It’s a dress up event. It is total chaos. March Madness will take place during the month of March. Our themes this year will be:
March 3rd – College Sports Night
March 10 – Backwards Night
March 17 – Hillbilly Night
March 24 – 50, 60, 70, 80’s Night
March 31 – Nerd Night (Pat Boyd’s Birthday – No Coincidence)
